A tractor trailer flipped on its side at the foot of the High Rise on the I-10 headed out toward New Orleans east.

The truck is blocking all lanes.
The interstate is closed.
Getting on Chef Highway before crossing the Industrial Canal is your best alternate, but you should still expect delays.
The closure began in the 11:00am hour. It is not clear how long it will take to reopen I-10E.
