The Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office is investigating a fatal shooting that occurred Saturday evening in Marrero.
At around 7:00 pm, deputies were dispatched to a shooting in the 4100 block of Ames Blvd. off Aubrey Place.
Upon their arrival, they located a male in a parking lot outside of a business.
He was suffering from multiple gunshot wounds, and was pronounced dead on the scene.
