Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office officials are investigating a shooting involving one of the agency’s deputies.
According to Captain Jason Rivarde, that shooting happened Monday night on Silver Lily Lane just a couple of blocks north of the Westbank Expressway in Marrero. Further details about the case are pending.
Authorities did not say if anyone was injured in the shooting.
