WWL Radio Projects that Congresswoman Julia Letlow will defeat Louisiana Treasurer John Fleming in the Republican Primary Runoff race for US Senate.
Letlow jumped out to an early lead when the early votes were reported.
As election day votes came in, her lead continued to grow.
President Donald Trump endorsed Letlow.
She will face Democrat Jamie Davis. He is projected to easily defeat Gary Crockett in the Democratic Primary Runoff.
The General Election is November 3rd.
