A 13-year-old boy is arrested for the murder of a 14-year-old boy says the New Orleans Police Department.
The juvenile who police have not identified was arrested today at a home in Chalmette. The juvenile suspect was transported to the St. Bernard Parish Juvenile Center and later transferred to the Juvenile Justice Intervention Center in New Orleans.
The 14-year-old boy was found dead last week in the 10000 block of Almonaster Avenue. He had been shot multiple times and was declared by EMS dead on the scene. Police charged the 13-year-old with one count of second-degree murder.
