Kenner Police announced they have charged 31-year-old Christopher Brown with negligent homicide, possession of drug paraphernalia, and stop sign violation.
The charges come from a crash that happened Sunday at the intersection of West Metairie and Clay Street.
Police say Brown failed to stop at a stop sign and collided with the motorcycle rider. Brown could face additional charges pending a toxicology report.
