A Montz man is facing voyeurism charges after Kenner police say he used a cell phone to record  a video underneath a woman’s dress at a Walmart.

According to investigators, the incident happened around 9 p.m. on Monday, June 5, at the store on Veterans Boulevard near Massachusetts Avenue.

Police say a security guard caught Justin Simmons videoing under an unsuspecting woman’s dress and called authorities. Investigators say a responding Kenner police officer also caught Simmons in the act. This time, Simmons allegedly was videoing underneath the dress of a second victim.

Officers then arrested Simmons, 22, on two counts of video voyeurism. Kenner police officials say Simmons was arrested previously in St. Charles Parish on the same charges.

The case remains under investigation.
