A Cut Off man is facing new sex crimes charges after Lafourche Parish sheriff's deputies say he not only downloaded and possessed child porn but also recorded himself having sex with a dog.
Ivan Reyes is facing a total of 87 counts of child porn, 75 counts of sexual abuse of an animal, and five counts of indecent behavior with a juvenile stemming from his arrests on February 24 and on Friday. He's in jail on $2,165,000 bond.
According to Sheriff Craig Webre, the Lafourche Parish Sheriff's Office got a tip from the Louisiana Attorney General's Office about Reyes. That led them to obtain a search warrant. Webre says the subsequent search turned up more than 100 pornographic videos involving children as young as infants and several videos, video and pictures of Reyes having intercourse with a dog, and videos of Reyes "engaged in inappropriate sexual conduct within view of children."
The case remains under investigation.
