New Orleans Police are investigating a late evening shooting in New Orleans East.
The incident took place near the intersection of Bunker Hill and Middleborough Road in the Little Woods neighborhood.
The shooting was reported around 10:30 in the evening.
Responding officers found a man suffering with multiple gunshot wounds.
EMS transported him to a local hospital to be treated.
