LSU fans are expected to travel to Las Vegas in big numbers later this week to support their Tigers in the season opener against the USC Trojans this Sunday.
The game, at Allegiant Stadium, has generated considerable excitement.
Mr. Fun’s Travel Owner Jason Ramezan says this trip rivals any he has been a part of, including the 2016 trip to Lambeau Field in Green Bay and the Rose Bowl in 2021.
“It’s one of the greatest cities in the country. It's one of my favorite cities to go to, I can tell you that. To see LSU play in Las Vegas, and in that beautiful stadium, it’s bucket list.”
Ramezan says LSU is expected to have a strong presence in the city, with fans eager to witness the Tigers’ debut under the bright lights of Las Vegas.
“I expect 30,000 LSU fans in Las Vegas this weekend. I really do…I fully expect it to be well represented in Vegas.”
LSU fans are not just attending the game, they’re bringing their unique energy and traditions to the city, transforming Las Vegas into a temporary home for the Tiger faithful.
“One of the things they have said about LSU fans is that we don’t travel, we take over. I fully expect Tiger Nation to take over Las Vegas this weekend.”
The Tigers and Trojans kickoff at 6:30 Central Time on Sunday, September 1st.
