A New Orleans murder suspect is now behind bars.
Police say they've booked Kenneth Saulsberry in connection to the July 7 shooting death of a 17-year-old girl in the Upper Ninth Ward. He's facing a second-degree murder charge.
Investigators say this is the second homicide to which they've connected Saulsberry. He was booked last week for a February 28 murder in New Orleans East. At the time of that arrest, Saulsberry was already behind bars for a third shooting, which happened in April.
