Cops are looking for clues after finding two people dead Saturday morning.
"NOPD is investigating a homicide that occurred this morning (October 4, 2025) In the 7200 block of Cannonbury Dr.," Public Relations Specialist Karen Boudrie said in an email.
She says it happened around 7:30am.
"Initial reports show an adult male and an adult female were found shot at the scene and pronounced deceased by EMS."
Boudrie says homicide detectives are working to determine what happened.
"No further information is available."
