Another night, another shooting in New Orleans. A man is in the hospital after a shooting in the Seventh Ward.
According to an NOPD spokesperson, the shooting happened around 8:20 p.m. Wednesday on Frenchman Street near North Villere. When officers arrived, they found the victim suffering from at least one gunshot wound. An EMS crew took the victim to the hospital. His condition has not been disclosed.
Police are still trying to develop leads about a suspect and a motive.
