The New Orleans Police Department says they have arrested 33-year-old Terry Blanks in the homicide investigation that happened last Thursday on St. Ann Street.
“Shortly before 11:45 a.m. on May 5, NOPD First District officers conducting a wellness check at the location located an unresponsive male victim inside of an apartment suffering from an apparent gunshot wound,” said an NOPD report.
