Someone shot a man in the Plum Orchard neighborhood in New Orleans East on Monday.
Police reported the shooting at 12-26 a.m. on Monday. They say a male victim suffered a graze wound to the waist when he was shot in the 4700 block of Raymond Joseph Drive. Police are working to determine a suspect and motive for the shooting.
