Police are looking for a man after a deadly stabbing rampage in several homes in Houma.
"Terrebonne Parish Sheriff Tim Soignet confirms that detectives have identified Kaegan Jude Solet, 47, of Houma, as a person of interest in connection with the series of stabbing incidents under investigation in the Ashland Drive area of Houma," TPSO posted.
Cops say after first finding a critically injured child in the 200 block of Ashland Drive, a search revealed more victims.
"Deputies discovered multiple deceased victims inside nearby homes. At least four victims have been pronounced deceased."
At last report, the child was in critical condition after being air lifted to a hospital.
"This investigation remains active and ongoing as detectives continue gathering evidence and developing information surrounding the incidents."
Authorities want people with information to reach out to them.
