Police are working to determine why a man crashed his motorcycle Sunday in Gentilly.
"We are working a fatal traffic crash that occurred at Gentilly Boulevard and Foy Street," Sgt. Juan Barnes said in an email.
"An adult male motorcyclist collided with a vehicle and succumbed to his injuries."
It happened shortly after 3:00pm on Sunday.
"During the course of the investigation, officers learned that the victim was traveling westbound on Gentilly Boulevard when he collided with a GMC pickup truck heading northbound on Foy Street. The victim was ejected from the motorcycle."
