The St. Charles Parish Sheriff's Office says a man stripped naked and was running around a grocery store parking lot, before getting in an SUV and crashing into a pickup truck... flipping the truck over with a driver inside.
"Deputies were dispatched to the Winn-Dixie parking lot in Destrehan about a naked male subject walking around the area," the SCPSO posted. "When deputies arrived, they detained the naked male subject, who was identified as 24-year-old Eulogio Diaz from Destrehan."

Cops learned that before they arrived, Diaz got into a car and crashed it into a pickup truck.
"Deputies then spoke with the driver of the truck, who advised he was attempting to exit the parking lot when his vehicle was struck on the passenger side, causing his vehicle to flip over. He sustained an injury to his right hand while climbing out of a broken rear window."
Diaz was also taken in for medical treatment.
"Due to Diaz's erratic behavior and demeanor, he was assessed by EMS and transported to St. Charles Hospital. At that time, he was admitted for psychiatric evaluation."
Deputies say charges are pending from this incident and past alleged crimes.
"The collision appeared to be an intentional act and not accidental. Because Diaz showed signs of impairment, a search warrant was obtained for Diaz's blood and urine. The sample was collected at St. Charles Hospital. Once Diaz is released from the hospital, he will be arrested on an outstanding arrest warrant for charges related to DWI, Aggravated Battery, and Aggravated Criminal Damage to Property."
