The New Orleans Police Department announced Tuesday that it arrested one of its own officer following a payroll fraud investigation.
The NOPD Public Integrity Bureau arrested Sgt. Henry Burke on four counts of payroll fraud.
Investigators say Burke also faces six counts of injuring public records.
The NOPD has suspended Burke without pay pending the outcome of the investigation.
