New Orleans Police hope security video from an Algiers fast food restaurant can help them identify an armed robbery suspect.
The incident happened last week at the Taco Bell at 4300 Gen. De Gaulle Drive. Police say a pedestrian tried to make an order at the drive-through window, and when he was told it was against company policy to take walk-ups at the drive-through, he became irate.
"In a fit of rage, he climbed through the window, brandishing a firearm and demanding food from the staff," said police.
When the employees stood firm and refused to serve the man, he went out the way he came in and fled the scene.
