The New Orleans Police Department announced Wednesday that officers arrested a 15-year-old girl in its investigation of a threat made to a school last week.
Someone made a threat of violence toward Eleanor McMain School on S. Claiborne Ave. via social media on Nov. 13.
Police say the girl's mother brought her to police yesterday where she admitted making the threat.
"The juvenile was subsequently arrested and booked into the Juvenile Justice Intervention Center on one count of terrorizing," said police.
