New Orleans Police have arrested a 38-year-old woman in Tuesday afternoon's murder discovered at a hotel room on the edge of the French Quarter.
Feliciana Winniford was arrested Wednesday at the intersection of Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard and South Claiborne Avenue after homicide detectives secured a warrant for her arrest.
The victim, a 73-year-old man, was found tied to a bed in a hotel room in the 300 block of North Rampart.
Police say the body showed signs of blunt trauma. Autopsy results are pending.
