The NOPD is investigating a shooting on I-10 near the Crowder exit ramp.
Initial NOPD reports show a female sustained a single graze wound to her body. Police say the victim was traveling on the interstate when the suspects in another vehicle began firing at her vehicle and another, second vehicle. The victim was taken to the hospital.
The victim’s condition is unknown at this time. Police say the initial call to 911 was made at 11:46 p.m. Tuesday night. The investigation is ongoing.
