New Orleans police need the public's help to find a car they say was involved with a homicide in the Upper Ninth Ward last week.
According to the NOPD, investigators found a 17-year-old girl suffering from a gunshot wound when they responded to a call at a home on North Villere Street near Lesseps Street on Friday, July 7. The girl later died at the hospital.
Police say they later learned that one of the suspects used a dark-colored sedan to leave the scene. They later found surveillance video of that car, a newer-model silver or gray Infiniti with no visible license plate, dark tint, and dark rims.
If you know anything about this car or this homicide, call the NOPD at 504-658-5300 or Crimestoppers at 504-822-1111.
