Police in New Orleans announced they made an arrest in a Canal Street shooting.
The shooting happened October 17 in the 700 block of Canal Street.
“Through investigation, NOPD Eighth District detectives developed and positively identified Ledesma as the perpetrator in the incident and obtained an arrest warrant on a charge of second-degree aggravated battery,” Police said in a statement.
Police arrested Ledesma on Monday and booked him into the Orleans Parish Justice Center.
