New Orleans Police are asking for the public’s help to locate 68-year-old Louella Joseph.
Ms. Joseph was last seen by a family member inside of her home located in the 4600 block of Read Boulevard on April 22, 2023, at approximately 7:00 am.
Ms. Joseph has not been seen or heard from since. Joseph has a medical condition and is in need of her medication.
Joseph was described as an African-American female, approximately 5’6” tall, 190 pounds, black hair with braids and unknown clothing.
