New Orleans Police respond to a report of several gunshots near the intersection of Tulane and Carrolton Avenue.
Witnesses reported here a barrage of gunfire just after 9:30 am. An initial police report says at least one male victim was shot in the 3700 block of Ulloa Street.
NOPD says three or four people in a Mercedes-Benz opened fire then fled the scene. This is a developing story. Stay with WWL News for more information when it becomes available.
