Police in New Orleans search for a man suspected of exposing his genitals to two women walking down the street.
According to NOPD the obscenity incident happened on October 16, at the intersection of Julia and Constance streets.
Through an investigation, police obtained an arrest warrant for 38-year-old Stephen Turner for allegedly exposing his genitals to the women.
Police say when he is located Turner will be arrested for two counts of obscenity.
