New Orleans Police Department investigators are searching for a car they say was involved in an uptown homicide last week.
Detectives say a man was shot multiple times on June 24 near the intersection of Leonidas Street and South Claiborne Avenue. The victim, whom police have not yet identified, died at the scene.
A surveillance photo released by the NOPD shows a black Infiniti FX35 leaving the scene of the shooting. Detectives say it’s a newer-model SUV with silver door handles and a silver luggage rack on the roof.
