The New Orleans Police Department says that their Violent Offender Warrant Squad arrested Joshua Pepp, 33, on multiple gun and drug charges stemming from an incident on Dec. 15.
The NOPD’s VOWS Unit arrested Pepp on warrants for charges of aggravated assault with a firearm, domestic abuse battery strangulation, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, false imprisonment and theft. The charges stemmed from incidents reported on December 15 in the 1200 block of Flanders Street.
Officers apprehended Pepp at his residence and without incident. Officers searched his home and say they found two firearms, firearm accessories, drug paraphernalia and multiple clear plastic bags containing vegetable matter, powered substances and multi-colored pills.
Based on what the officers found, Pepp was charged with additional drug charges and possession of a stolen gun.
