Cops have a picture of a man they say took part in robbing a victim of a wallet and a car.
"New Orleans Police are asking the public's assistance with identifying and locating a suspect wanted for armed robbery," according to a news release. "The pictured suspect committed an armed robbery at about 4:10 a.m. on May 13, 2024 in the 800 block of Canal Street.
Investigators say the suspect and another man, Calvin Thomas, held up the victim.
"The victim's wallet and silver 2006 Honda Accord (TX license GFB7769) were stolen."
Thomas has been arrested.
"Anyone with information about the crime or the unidentified suspect is asked to call Eighth District detectives at 504-658-6080 or to anonymously call Crimestoppers at 504-822-1111."
