A man was shot this morning at the intersection of Tchoupitoulas and Calliope Streets.
Initial police reports show that an adult male was transported by private vehicle to the hospital to be treated for gunshot wounds to his body.
The NOPD says officers received the call at 7:32 a.m. Monday morning.
