An overturned truck on I-10/610 westbound near Franklin Avenue has traffic backed up across the High Rise.
Police and emergency personnel are on the scene. It happened around 11:00 am on I-10 westbound heading into downtown New Orleans. It is unclear at this time if anyone is injured.
All three lanes are blocked and traffic is at a stand-still at this time.
