Parking on neutral ground permitted ahead of heavy rain

Heavy rain sweeping into the metro New Orleans area and could cause street flooding in low-lying areas. New Orleans city officials say neutral ground parking is allowed now until 6pm. Residents can park on neutral grounds and sidewalks but are asked not to block driveways.
