The New Orleans Police Department is looking for a person of interest in a Mid-City double murder investigation.
It happened on December 30, in the 500 block of South Clark Street.
An NOPD report says, “Through investigation, NOPD Homicide Unit detectives have developed Jacob Livas as a person of interest in this case. Livas is not currently wanted on criminal charges in this investigation. However, detectives feel he may have knowledge of information vital to the investigation and wish to interview him.”
