The 36-year-old Callihan allegedly stabbed 35-year-old Callie Brunett to death in Loranger in June, kidnapped her daughters and murdered one of them in Mississippi after committing sex crimes.
Perrilloux has filed a notice of intent to seek the death penalty in Louisiana.
The charges in Louisiana include:
-First Degree Murder
-Aggravated Kidnapping of a Child
-Second Degree Kidnapping
-Armed Robbery
-Unauthorized Entry of an Inhabited Dwelling
-Simple Arson
-Theft of a Firearm
-Burglary of a Residence
Mississippi and federal authorities are also prosecuting Callihan and his reported girlfriend, 32-year-old Victoria Cox, for the murder of four-year-old Erin Brunett and abuse of six-year-old Jalie Brunett.
Cox today plead not guilty on Jackson, Mississippi.
Callihan is in the Tangipahoa Parish jail.
