A 38-year-old Raceland man is under arrest on charges of inappropriately touching an underage teen.
Ryan Guidroz is face a count of sexual battery and indecent behavior.
The charges stem from an incident last Saturday.
A woman contacted Lafourche Parish Sheriffs to report Guidroz reportedly touched her teen daughter inappropriately. The juvenile was asleep at the time and awoke to find the Guidroz allegedly touching her.
Upon contact by authorities, Guidroz reportedly admitted to the actions and was taken into custody.
He’s currently at Lafourche Parish Correctional Center facing charges of Sexual Battery by Forcible Fondling and Indecent Behavior with a Juvenile.
He was also booked on an outstanding warrant for Illegal Carrying of Weapons stemming from a separate incident.
Guidoz is being held $30,500 bail.
