The search is over for the third suspect in the fatal shooting of NOPD detective Everett Briscoe and Zulu member Dyrin “DJ” Riculfy.
The two men were shot and killed outside the Grotto Ristorante while on a trip in Houston.
The Houston Police Department announced they arrested 19-year-old Khalil Nelson according to a Houston news station.
Nelson was charged along with two other men previously arrested and charged in the murder; Frederick Jackson, 19, and Anthony Jenkins, 21.
Nelson is scheduled to appear in court this morning at 10 am the news station reports.
