
Two crewmen who were found in the portside engine room of the capsized and sunken Seacor Power now have names.
The Lafourche Parish Coroner’s Office identifies them as 53-year-old Anthony Hartford of New Orleans and 55-year-old James Wallingford of Gilbert.
The cause of death for both men remains under investigation.
According to Times-Picayune/New Orleans Advocate the men were recovered by divers from Donjon Marine, a New Jersey-based diving outfit contracted by the ship’s owners.
Earlier in the week the bodies of Captain David Ledet, 63, from Thibodaux, and 69-year-old Ernest Williams of Arnaudville were identified.
Nine crew members remain missing at this time.
Six crew members were rescued.
