Congressman Steve Scalise says he is winning his fight against cancer.
"I have good news: After a month of aggressive treatment, tests show that the cancer in my body has already dropped dramatically," The Republican Leader from Metairie posted. "Thank you for all your prayers—and thank God they are being answered."
Scalise was diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma last month.
He said that he is incredibly grateful the cancer was found early and that it is treatable.
