After a stormy Saturday, rain chances drop to 40 percent for Mothers Day on Sunday.
"There will be some dry breaks in between the rain," WWL TV Meteorologist Alexa Trischler forecasts. "It will be mostly cloudy, warm, and humid."
She says this is all ahead of a front.
"Storms continue through Monday with an approaching cold front. Once the front moves in, the weather will be nice and seasonably warm Tuesday through the end of the work week."
