On Oct. 8, 22-year old Monica Okada was arrested in connection with the investigation into the vandalism, damaging and theft from the City Park Storyland Carousel.

She was booked into the Orleans Parish Justice Center for simple criminal damage to property, criminal damage to historic building or landmark and simple burglary.
