Cops say a man was gunned down around two o' clock in the morning near the Superdome.
"The NOPD is investigating a shooting that occurred overnight at the intersection of South Claiborne Avenue and Poydras Street," NOPD Senior Public Information Officer Aaron Looney said in an email.
He says an adult male showed up at a local hospital for treatment of bullet wounds.
