The New Orleans Police Department is investigating an incident involving shots fired from one vehicle traveling on I-10 at another, causing a wreck, The Times-Picayune | New Orleans Advocate reports.
No one was hit, but police closed both directions of I-10 at the high rise for the investigation. The bridge reopened shortly before 5 p.m.
Making matters worse, a crash on the Seabrook Bridge near Lakefront Airport limited alternate routes across the Industrial Canal in the area to just the Highway 90 Danziger Bridge.
