Business owners in New Orleans are calling for the city to apply a 1 am curfew on Bourbon Street after a video of a brawl and cars doing burnouts on Canal Street at Bourbon goes viral on social media.

“Certainly what we saw in that video was disturbing and it is something we want to address whether or not a curfew is a way to do that is an open question,” said Tidwell.
He also says what the video did not show is NOPD officers arriving just as the fight was breaking up.
