A Slidell man is dead after a crash in St. Tammany Parish on I-10.
It happened around 2:30 this morning on the exit ramp at Oak Harbor Boulevard.
State troopers say a pickup truck rear-ended Steven Simmons, Junior's, car after Simmons stopped in the exit's right lane. Simmons died at the scene. The driver of the pickup truck suffered moderate injuries and was taken to an area hospital.
The crash remains under investigation.
