New Orleans Police arrested a Slidell man on charges of illegal dumping.
Police say 46-year-old Don Urban Cameron, Jr. drove to the I-10 Michoud exit in a silver pickup truck, then dumped a load of tires on the ground.
Investigators say the incident was caught on video, and gave them a clear shot of the truck and its license plate number.
Police located Cameron on Friday and booked him on one count of gross littering.
