The storms that moved through the New Orleans metro area Monday afternoon packed winds strong enough to knock a tractor-trailer on its side.
The truck was pushed over as it headed west-bound on the I-10 over the Bonnet Carre spillway.
The wreck closed the highway for hours, causing several miles of delays.
