The Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office is investigating a homicide that happened Christmas evening in the Westbank.
Investigators have secured an arrest warrant for 23-year-old Talvis Keller of Harvey.
"Just after 10:00 pm, deputies responded to a report of a shooting at an apartment complex in the 1000 block of Manhattan Blvd.," said Sgt. Brandon Veal, spokesman for the JPSO. "Upon arrival, they located an unresponsive adult male suffering from at least one gunshot wound."
Investigators say the victim, found on the floor of the residence, was pronounced dead on the scene.
