New Orleans Police have arrested a man in connection with a mass shooting that wounded four and killed two early in morning the day after Christmas.
Homicide Commander, Captain Kevin Burns made the announcement at a press briefing at Police Headquarters today.
Members of the NOPD’s Violent Offender Warrant Squad (VOWS) and the U.S. Marshals today arrested Elijah Williams in the investigation of a homicide incident that took place at an Airbnb on the 2000 block of Saint Maurice Street.
Burns credited tips that came into NOPD and Crimestoppers for helping investigators to break the case.
Darlene Cusanza of Crimestoppers said the $5,000 reward would be shared between two people who came forward with vital information.
